Jalisa + Noel originally planned to have a full wedding with a large bridal party, church ceremony and beautiful reception. Unfortunately the current Covid-19 crisis forced them to change their plans to an elopement. A day before the governor of Pennsylvania ordered a Stay and Home order they exchanged vows at the Allentown Rose Garden alongside a few friends.
