Lovely Lehigh Valley Engagement Session - Nancy + Chrystian

We spent close to two hours with this lovely couple on Monday evening doing their engagement session at Lockridge Park in Alburtis, PA. We chose this spot for it's various features that make for some unique and beautiful photos. Nancy and Chrystian were very comfortable in front of the camera as you can tell. We enjoy doing these sessions for our wedding couples prior to shooting their wedding. These engagement sessions serve as a sort of dry run prior to the big day. Additionally they help us as photographers learn their relational dynamic and chemistry.

Medical Academy Charter School 2015 Graduation

The Medical Academy Charter School located in Catasauqua, PA celebrated their graduation ceremony yesterday, June 16, 2015,  at the Holiday Inn Event Center in center city Allentown, Pennsylvania. Garcia Photography was commissioned to capture the ceremony including photos of each graduate with their diplomas and candid photos during and after the event. It was a momentous event as over 20 students graduated from this unique high school with a large portion of them also earning their CNA as part of their curriculum. The Medical Academy Charter School is the only school in the nation that has been able to confer that upon it's high school graduates. Below are some photo highlights from the event.

Garcia Photography Chosen as Official Photographer for 10K Men in Unity Event

Allentown, Pennsylvania: Garcia Photography today signed a deal to be the official event photographer of the 10K Men in Unity event to be held at the PPL Center in Allentown, PA on September 19, 2015.

The event which will feature various speakers from around the region is designed to “help men realize God’s purpose for their lives.” A lifelong vision of Jaime Gonzalez, it’s passionate leader,  the event is slated to be historic due to it’s purpose of uniting men of different denominations around the region under the banner of a unified faith and commitment to Jesus Christ.

Central Park, NYC - Engagement Session with Lionel and Brittany

Recently we took a trip to New York City's Central Park to do an engagement session with a lovely couple named Lionel and Brittany. Getting there was fun and taking in the city was even more fun. New York is so alive and vibrant and we fed off that energy to keep us going during the shoot. Below are some of images from that session.

Medical Academy Charter School Prom at Holiday Inn in Allentown, PA

Garcia photography was hired by the Medical Academy Charter School in Allentown, PA to photograph their 2015 Senior Prom held at the Holiday Inn in Allentown, PA. The guys and gals were all dressed to impress and so were the teachers that attended. The food which was catered by Manifiesto Restaurant was delicious, authentic latino cuisine and was amazing. The music provided by DJ Gaiiko kept the dance floor filled with beats from bachata and merengue to pop and country.
